At ThreadScout, we want you to have the best experience possible. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a money-back guarantee within 48 hours of payment, subject to the conditions outlined below.

11. Cancellation & Termination

11.1 User-Initiated Cancellation

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to the service until then, unless stated otherwise.

11.2 Automatic Subscription Renewals

  • If you have a subscription-based plan, it will automatically renew at the end of the billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
  • If you do not wish to renew, you must cancel before the renewal date to avoid being charged.

11.3 Account Termination by ThreadScout

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if:

  • We detect fraudulent activity or misuse of our platform.
  • Your subscription payment fails and remains unpaid after multiple attempts.
  • Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and any associated data.
